1. Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Measurements: If the item received does not match the measurements specified in the product description.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a different item than the one you ordered.
1.2 Time Frame for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
1.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at vintagevanguards@proton.me with your order number, clear images showing the measurement discrepancies or the wrong item received, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
1.4 Refund Issuance
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit to be used on our website only. Under the circumstance we deem a full refund appropriate, the funds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
2. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a different item than the one you ordered.
2.2 Time Frame for Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return address details.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to incorrect measurements or receiving the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, including sizing issues or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Nature of Recycled Second-Hand Clothing
Please note that our vintage clothing items are mostly recycled second-hand pieces, and they may exhibit unique characteristics and imperfections. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, but minor flaws may be present due to the nature of vintage clothing.
